Turmeric Acquisition Corp.’s $97.75 Million Initial Public Offering

Turmeric Acquisition Corp. executed the $97.75 million initial public offering of 9,775,000 units, which includes 1,275,000 units from the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option to purchase additional units. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant to purchase one Class A ordinary share of Turmeric Acquisition Corp. The units were listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol “TMPMU.”

Turmeric Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed for the purpose of entering into a combination with one or more businesses. It intends to pursue a high potential opportunity within the biotechnology sector.
