Themis Beteiligungs’ €250 Million Sale of Share in Dermapharm

German investor Themis Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft executed the €250 million sale of its shareholdings in Dermapharm Holding SE, by way of an Accelerated Bookbuilding.

Dermapharm Holding is a leading manufacturer of patent-free branded pharmaceuticals for selected markets in Germany.

The McDermott team advising Berenberg on the transaction was led by capital markets partners Simon Weiß (Picture) and Joseph W. Marx and included partner Andrea Adele Stockhorst and associate Isabelle Mueller.
