The Home Depot, Inc. $3.5 Billion Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate notes due 2022, $700 million aggregate principal amount of 3.250% notes due 2022, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.900% notes due 2028 and $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.500% notes due 2048 by The Home Depot, Inc.
