The Halifax Group’s Acquisition of AAMP Global

The Halifax Group executed the acquisition of AAMP Global from Audax Private Equity.

AAMP, based in Clearwater, Florida is a leading global supplier of vehicle and relations consumer technology solutions within the integration, infotainment, high-performance audio, safety, and connectivity product categories. Under Audax ownership, AAMP completed nine add-on acquisitions and significantly increased revenue. Financial terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed.
