Texas Instruments’ $750 Million Investment Grade Notes Offering


Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by Barclays Capital Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and MUFG Securities Americas Inc., in connection with the recent public offering by Texas Instruments Incorporated of an aggregate of $750 million in investment grade notes.

Texas Instruments designs and makes semiconductors for sale to electronics designers and manufacturers all over the world. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes for general corporate purposes.
