Termovalle’s $110 Million Syndicated Loan

Termovalle secured a $110 million syndicated loan from Scotiabank Colpatria, Banco Davivienda and Bancolombia (Sucursal Panamá).

Fiduciaria Colpatria acted as administrative agent on the transaction.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debts and for general corporate purposes.

Termovalle was founded in 1996. The Company’s line of business includes the generation, transmission, and/or distribution of electric energy.
