Telecom Argentina SA’s $500 Million Loan

Telecom Argentina SA. secured a $500 Million loan from Citibank, NA, HSBC México SA, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited Dubai Branch, JP Morgan Chase Bank NA and Banco Santander SA.

Proceeds will be used to pay existing debts.

Telecom Argentina SA provides telecommunications services including local, long-distance and international service in Argentina. The Company, led by Carlos Alberto Moltini, Gabriel Pablo Blasi and

Gonzalo Hita, also provides cellular telecommunications services and offers paging services. The company in 2017 recorded $3.957 Million Revenues.

Linklaters, LLP advised the banks with a team including Conrado Tenaglia (Picture) and Agustín Bauer.

In Argentina, Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal advised the banks with Juan M. Diehl Moreno and Sergio Tálamo.
