SSG Capital Management’s $2.7 Billion Fund Formation

SSG Capital Management closed its SSG Capital Partners V, L.P. and its sidecar co-investment vehicle, securing commitments of over US$2.7 billion in aggregate.

The Fund is SSG’s fifth closed-ended private credit fund targeting special situation and distressed investments in Asia.
