Cravath represented Credit Suisse, as administrative agent and lead arranger, in connection with the arrangement of $725 million of first lien credit facilities made available to Sorenson Communications, LLC, a provider of videophones and software to deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
The credit facilities consisted of a $700 million term facility and a $25 million revolving credit facility. The transaction closed on April 29, 2019.
Sorenson Communications, Inc. provides communication products and services. The Company offers hearing products and video interpreting services.
