Sociedad Concesionaria Metropolitana de Salud S.A. finalized the negotiation for a $270 million amended and restated credit facility with Banco Santander-Chile, Scotiabank Chile, Itaú Corpbanca, Penta Vida Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A. and Banco Consorcio.

Proceeds will be used to finance the construction of Hospital Félix Bulnes.

Sociedad Concesionaria Metropolitana de Salud S.A. offers construction contracting services for commercial projects. The company is headquartered in Las Condes, Chile. The company operates as a subsidiary of Astaldi Concessioni S.r.l.
