San Antonio Internacional S.A.’s $20 Million Syndicated loan

San Antonio Internacional S.A. (“SAI”), secured a $20 Million Loan from Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior S.A., BBVA Banco Francés S.A. and Banco Santander Río S.A. in order to finance the acquisition of a drilling equipment to be used in Cuenca Neuquina.

San Antonio Internacional S.A. engages in the integrated drilling, service, and management activities for oil and natural gas companies. The company offers cementing, stimulation, coiled tubing, cryogenic nitrogen, snubbing, formation testing, testing tool, fishing tool, directional drilling, underbalanced drilling, coiled tubing drilling, production, well construction management, and slickline services.
