Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority’s Dispute with Former Board Member of National Securities Commission

Filip & Company successfully represented Romania’s Financial Supervisory Authority on the case.

As reported in CEE Legal Mater and in others online publications Romania’s Financial Supervisory Authority partecipated in a dispute against a former board member of the National Securities Commission involving labor and administrative issues worth over RON 1 million (approx. €206,260).

The Bucharest Court of Appeal issued a final judgment dismissing the former board member’s claim for severance payments and outstanding salary rights.
