Ribeiro’s $230 Million Syndicated Loan

Ribeiro S.A.C.I.F.A. secured a $230 million syndicated loan from Banco Santander Río S.A., BBVA Banco Francés S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba S.A. and HSBC Bank Argentina S.A.

Ribeiro S.A.C.I.F.A. e I. engages in marketing and financing various products in Argentina. The company offers television, audio, photo, and video products; phones, tablets, and computers; air conditioning products; refrigerators, and cooking and washing products; furniture and mattresses; small appliances; motorcycles, bicycles, and camping products; home and car tools; bazaar and Marroquineria products; and toys and drinks, as well as gift products. The company is based in Buenos Aires.
