Retool’s $50 Million Series B Funding Round

Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP advised Retool on the deal.

San Francisco-based Retool announced its $50 million Series B. Led by Sequoia, other participants in the round included the founders of Github, Gusto, PagerDuty, Plaid, Segment, Stripe and Y Combinator.

Founded in 2017, Retool offers a tool development platform designed to allow companies to build custom business tools with limited programming-language experience.

The Orrick team advising Retool was led by Josh Pollick (Picture) and includes Pia Bhathal and Alexis Savini.
