Red de Carreteras de Occidente’s $2.387 Billion Tender Offer

Red de Carreteras de Occidente S.A.B. de C.V. (RCO) completed the process leading up to the purchase of approximately 72 percent of its capital stock for US$2.387 billion.

RCO is one of the largest operators and developers of private toll roads and related infrastructure in Mexico. It controls five concessionaires that manage 876.5 KM, which serves as the main transportation route in the central-western region, connecting the core industrial corridor of El Bajío with the two largest cities, Mexico City and Guadalajara.
