ProLung, Inc.’s Proxy Contest Defense Against Terminated CEO

Sidley represented ProLung, Inc. (LUNG) in its successful proxy contest defense against a dissident group led by its recently terminated CEO, Steven C. Eror.

The dissident group failed its attempt to take control of Prolung’s board of directors through a consent solicitation.

ProLung, Inc., a medical technology company, focuses on developing, marketing, and selling precision predictive analytical medical devices specializing in lung cancer in the United States, European Union, Latin America, and China.
