Prevas’ Acquisition of Evotech Group


Wistrand has advised Evotech on the deal.

Evotech AB and its majority owners in connection entered into an agreement for the sale of all shares in Evotech AB and the minority shares in its operational subsidiaries Deva Mecaneyes AB and Tritech Technology AB to Prevas AB.

Evotech AB and its subsidiary groups, make long-term investments in Swedish technology companies with major growth potential. The group’s operational companies deliver quality products and consultancy services regarding e.g. production development, advanced calculation and simulation, production and business development as well as information management for product and production development to Swedish companies. In 2019, the entire Evotech group’s net sales amounted to approximately SEK 324 million.

Evotech AB provides technology consulting services. The Company focuses on IoT, machine learning, business intelligence consulting and implementation services, data and document management, access rights, and other services. Evotech serves engineering, telecom, medtech, process, and power industries in Sweden.
