Setterwalls has assisted Cupola Holding AB in the deal, while Vinge has advised Presto and funds managed by Adelis.
Cupola Holding AB have sold all their shares in Cupola AB and its underlying subsidiaries to the Presto Group. In connection with the sale, Cupola Holding AB reinvested part of the purchase price in Presto Holding AB by acquiring shares in said company.

Both Cupola AB and the Presto Group are engaged in the fire safety industry.
Cupola works as a group nationwide in fire and security in Sweden. They are the market leader in the systematic fire protection work (SBA) and cover all areas within the segment. They are established in many different places in Sweden and today have customers spread all over the country.
