PPG Industries’ $1.15 Billion Acquisition of Ennis-Flint

lympus Partners is pleased to announce it has agreed to sell Ennis-Flint to PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG), a global supplier of paints, coatings and specialty materials. The transaction, valued at approximately $1.15 billion, is expected to close within the next few months, subject to customary closing conditions.

Olympus Partners is a private equity firm focused on providing equity capital for middle market management buyouts and for companies needing capital for expansion.

Ennis-Flint is a world leader in pavement markings and traffic safety solutions.
