Petróleos Mexicanos’ CHF365 Million Notes Offering

Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), the Mexican state oil company, executed its CHF365 million offering of 1.750 percent notes due 2023, which closed on June 4, 2018.

The securities were issued under Pemex’s medium-term notes program.

BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA and UBS AG acted as joint managers. The securities were listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

Petróleos Mexicanos engages in the exploration, exploitation, refining, transportation, storage, distribution, and sale of crude oil, and natural gas in Mexico. The company, led by Carlos Treviño Medina, in 2017 recorded $76 Billion Revenues.
