Clifford Chance has advised global private markets investment manager Partners Group on the establishment of its AU$700 million Grassroots Renewable Energy Platform.
Grassroots currently holds two wind farm projects (the 270MW Sapphire Wind Farm and the 135MW construction-ready Crudine Wind Farm) and intends to construct more than 1.3 GW of new wind and solar power, and battery storage assets across Australia over the next four years.
