The European subsidiary of Japanese CNC machine tool maker Okuma has acquired Dutch company Gelderblom CNC Machines B.V. The current Gelderblom site in Houten, the Netherlands, will manage all of Okuma’s restructured sales and service processes in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The parties agreed not to disclose details of the purchase price.
