Occidental Petroleum Corporation executed its $2 billion registered senior notes offering and its concurrent $2 billion cash tender offer and consent solicitation.

Occidental Petroleum Corporation is an international oil and gas exploration and production company. The registered notes offering closed on July 13, 2020, and the cash tender offer and consent solicitation closed on July 23, 2020.
