Northrop Grumman’s $2.25 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Northrop Grumman Corporation (“Northrop Grumman”) completed a registered public offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.4% Senior Notes due 2030, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.15% Senior Notes due 2040 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.25% Senior Notes due 2050.

Northrop Grumman intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BofA Securities, Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. represented the underwriters in the offering.
