Masisa finalized the sale of a 11.1 MW Biomass Power plant in Cabrero (Chile) to Neoelectra.

Masisa S.A. produces and commercializes wood and wood products, and markets its products throughout South America. The company, led by

Roberto Salas Guzman, is based in Santiago.

Neoelectra S.A. develops, acquires, finances, and manages power assets in France, Germany, and Spain. The company, led by Stephane Levy-Lang and Xavier Renault, is based in Paris.
