Muthoot Homefin’s $43 Million Debt Offering

Housing finance company Muthoot Homefin executed its $43 million debt offering.

Proceeds of the offering will be used primarily to finance lending activities of the company.

Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited is a non-deposit taking housing finance company registered with the National Housing Bank. The company focuses on providing affordable housing loans to Lower Middle Income groups and Economically Weaker Sections of society in tier 2, tier 3, and tier 4 cities. Its customers comprise primarily informal and formally salaried workers and self-employed individuals.
