MSCI Inc. executed a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 3.875% senior notes due 2031. The notes are guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of MSCI.
MSCI intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for the redemption of the $800.0 million aggregate principal amount of its existing 5.750% senior notes due 2025 and for general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, repurchases of its common stock and potential investments and acquisitions.
