Dobra Energia dla Olsztyna sp. z o.o., and its sponsors Meridiam and Urbaser, executed a public-private partnership project aimed at ensuring the management of the combustible fraction of municipal waste from the Warminsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship together with the recovery of energy in high-efficiency cogeneration, to be used both in the Olsztyn district heating network and to be sold to the grid.
Meridiam is a global investor and asset manager based in Paris specialized in developing, financing and managing long-term public infrastructure projects.
Urbaser SA provides recycling services. The Company focuses on street cleaning, waste removal and transportation, and water management services.
