Massimo Zanetti Beverage’s Accquisition of Café Pacaembu

Segafredo Zanetti (Brasil) Comercialização e Distribuição de Café – operating as a subdisiary of the Italian company Massimo Zanetti completed the acquisition of Café Pacaembu and Pacaembu Holding.

Café Pacaembu Ltda was founded in 1957, and its brand of the same name is described as ‘one of the most traditional brands’ in San Paolo. It was recently ranked number one for best ‘extra strong’ of Brazil. Café Pacaembu Ltda owns a plant for producing ground coffee and single serve coffee.

Machado Meyer advised the selling shareholders of Café Pacaembu and Pacaembu Holding (Miguel Antônio Halla, Clovis Chiorboli Halla, Newton Halla and Murilo Bignardi Halla) with Elie Sherique, Paulo Markossian Nunes, Bianca Telles Menchise and Joao Baptista Pimentel.
