Marina del Sol’s $450 Million Merger with Sun Dreams

Marina del Sol executed its $450 million merger agreement with Sun Dreams.

The merger creates one of South America’s largest casino operators.

Marina del Sol operates three casino, hotel and restaurant complexes in Chile, with facilities in Osorno, Calama and Talcahuano, and with a fourth complex, in Chillán, in development.

Sun Dreams is a Chilean company that operates casinos, hotels, restaurants, discotheques, bars, convention centres and spas in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Panama and Peru.
