Jersey care home provider LV Group executed the acquisition of St Joseph’s Care Home (formerly the Jeanne Jugan Residence run by the religious order, the Little Sisters of the Poor) and on the related acquisition and development finance deal which also involved the purchase of a care home in the Isle of Man as well as the refinancing of the group’s Jersey and Isle of Man operations generally.
LV is a private equity backed group focused on the two islands, with the majority of its premises currently in Jersey. As part of this recent deal, LV has acquired St Joseph’s Care Home in St Helier and the King’s Reach Care Home in Ramsey, Isle of Man. At the same time, it also undertook a group wide refinancing.
