Legrand’s €600 Million Bond Offer

Linklaters advised Legrand on its new €600 million bond issue. Allen & Overy advised the underwriters.

The bonds have a 10-year maturity and a coupon of 0.750% per annum. They have been listed on Euronext Paris since 20 May 2020.

The net proceeds of the bond issue will be used by Legrand for the general corporate purposes of its Group.

Legrand is a French industrial group historically based in Limoges in the Limousin region.
