Clifford Chance has advised venture capital fund Lakestar on its investment in the digital logistics company sennder GmbH.
sennder collected USD 70 million in growth capital in one of the largest funding rounds for a European logistics tech company. Together with lead investor Lakestar, VC fund Accel, the Siemens start-up unit Next47, the Italian Family Office H14, HV Holtzbrinck Ventures, Project A and Scania Growth Capital also participated in the financing.
