Lagardère’s €500 Million Notes Offering

The bonds have a maturity of 7 years and bear interest at a rate of 2.125% per annum. They have been admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange since 16 October 2019.

The banking syndicate was composed of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as global coordinator and Banco Santander, S.A., BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Mizuho Securities Europe GmbH and Societe Generale as lead partners.

This new issue will allow Lagardère to extend the average maturity of its debt and maintain its liquidity.
