Korn Ferry’s $400 Million Notes Offering

Korn Ferry, a management consulting firm, closed an offering of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.625% Senior Notes due 2027.

Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.

Initial Purchasers for the offering were BofA Securities, Inc., Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, BMO Capital Markets Corp., BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Capital One Securities, Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc.
