Koolen Industries’ Investment in Hardt Hyperloop

Baker Mckenzie Amsterdam advised Koolen Industries on an international business consortium led by Dutch clean energy conglomerate Koolen Industries.

They have made a multi-million-euro investment in Hardt Hyperloop, the company from Delft that created Europe’s first full-scale operational hyperloop test-facility for a high-speed zero emissions transportation system.

Hardt was founded in 2017 by a group of TU Delft students after winning a competition set out by SpaceX owner and pioneer Elon Musk.
