Kiwa’s €400 Million Syndicated Cov-Lite Financing


White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas Fortis SA/NV, Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., trading as Rabobank London, ING Bank N.V., Royal Bank of Canada and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe Limited, as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners, on a strategic €400 million syndicated cov-lite financing to Kiwa

Kiwa N.V. provides certification, inspection, testing, and training services. The company, led by Paul G.M. Hesselink, offers aspect, CE marking, person, process, product, and system certification services; and testing services in the areas of roofing and outer walls, gas and gas installations, infrastructure, calibration, polymers, drinking water installations, sports floors, and solar panels.

Kiwa is a portfolio company of Dutch investment company, NPM Capital.
