A jury in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California awarded the Sloan Kettering Institute for Cancer Research and Juno Therapeutics, Inc. $752 million in a patent infringement suit against Kite Pharma Inc.

The jury deliberated less than a day before deciding Sloan Kettering and Juno and were entitled to the award. The jury also found that Kite willfully infringed the patent for cancer immunotherapy.
