Norton Rose Fulbright and Carey Olsen have advised JTC PLC (JTC) on its admission to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and associated £243.8 million institutional placing.
The IPO placing raised net proceeds of £218.2 million for the selling shareholders and £15.1 million for JTC. JTC was valued at £310 million at admission on March 14, 2018.
The financial adviser was Zeus Capital, the sponsor was Stockdale Securities, and Zeus Capital and Numis Securities were joint bookrunners.
JTC PLC provides investment management services. The Company, led by Nigel Le Quesne, Wendy Holley and Martin Fotheringham, offers corporate finance, employee and executive incentives, treasury, fund administration, and private equity services.
