JS Real Estate Multigestão Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, managed by Banco J. Safra, executed its $203.4 million acquisition of Tower Bridge Corporate office building from Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII TB Office.

Tower Bridge Corporate is located in the most privileged area of Berrini, close to modern hotels and Shopping Morumbi, as well as Shopping Market Place. The region has established itself as the most dynamic business center in São Paulo and houses more than 80% of multinational companies operating in Brazil.
