INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund’s Acquisition Of a Controlling Stake Eco Baltia


Kronbergs Cukste Levin advised Eco Baltia on the deal.

As reported in CEE Legal Mater and in others online publications INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund acquired a controlling stake in Eco Baltia.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development remained the second largest shareholder in the company with a 30.51% stake.

INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund, managed by INVL Asset Management, aims to invest in mid-sized, attractive risk-and-return companies by providing them with capital for future growth.
