Intel’s $2 Billion Acquisition Of Habana Labs

Yigal Arnon advised Intel in the deal.

Intel has acquired Tel Aviv-based artificial intelligence chip developer Habana Labs Ltd. for $2 billion.

Habana Labs Ltd. provides software solutions. The Company develops artificial intelligence processor which improves in processing performance, reduces cost, and power consumption.
