Integra Capital and a Consortium of Argentine and Foreign Investors’s $100 Million Acquisition of a Controlling Stake in Edenor

Alfaro Abogados advised Integra Partners on the deal

Integra Capital executed the acquisition of Edenor, Argentina’s largest electricity distributor for approximately US$100 million.

The transaction includes the transfer and assignment of class A shares representing 51% of the share capital and voting power.

Edenor company has an exclusive concession to distribute electricity in the northwestern section of Greater Buenos Aires and in the north of Buenos Aires province.

Alfaro Abogados advised Integra Partners on the deal with a team led by Pedro Mazer (Picture).
