Ingersoll Rand’s $371 Million Secondary Offering

Ingersoll Rand Inc. and KKR Renaissance Aggregator L.P. (the “Selling Stockholder”) completed a secondary offering of common stock. The offering of 12,100,000 shares of common stock raised approximately $371 million in gross proceeds. The Selling Stockholder received all proceeds from the offering.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as the underwriters of the offering.
