IEnova finalized its $5 million acquisition of San Fernando solar power project in Benjamín Hill from

Fisterra Energy.

Infraestructura Energetica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V. owns electric and natural gas utilities in Mexico. The Company, led by Carlos Ruiz Sacristan, Manuela Molina Peralta and Carlos Barajas Sandoval, wholesales power and gas.

Fisterra Energy SL, an energy company, develops, finances, constructs, and operates large scale independent power projects. The company, led by Pedro Barriuso and Monica Romeral is based in Spain.
