Home Consortium’s $221.74 Million Initial Public Offering

Baker McKenzie advised Home Consortium on its AUD 325 million (approx. US $221.74 million) initial public offering.

Home Consortium is an Australian internally-managed property group focused on ownership, development and management.

The underwriters on the IPO are Credit Suisse (Australia) Limited, Goldman Sachs Australia Pty Ltd and J.P. Morgan Securities Australia Limited.
