Grupo ISA’s Acquisition of Concesión Costera Cartagena Barranquilla

Grupo ISA executed the acquisition of Concesión Costera Cartagena Barranquilla from MCH Construcciones Ingenierías y Obras Civiles, Constructora Meco and Constructora Colpatria.

Concesión Costera Cartagena Barranquilla S.A.S. is in charge of the construction and operation of the 110 km Cartagena-Barranquilla highway and the Circunvalar de la Prosperidad beltway project.

The highway will stretch across the municipalities of Cartagena, Santa Catalina, Tubará, Juan de Acosta, Piojó, Puerto Colombia and Barranquilla. The Concession was acquired by ISA in 2019.

The company planned an invetment of $147.7 million
