Genpact’s $400 Million Registered Senior Notes Offering

Genpact Luxembourg S.à r.l. completed a $400 million aggregate principal amount of 3.375% Senior Notes due 2024, guaranteed by Genpact Limited. The transaction closed on November 18, 2019.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering and as representatives for the underwriters BofA Securities, Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
