Ford Motor Company’s $13.4 Billion Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Facility

Davis Polk advised Ford Motor Company in connection with the April 26, 2018, amendment to its existing revolving credit facility.

As a result of the amendment, the maturity of the revolving commitments under the revolving credit agreement was extended from April 30, 2020, and April 30, 2022, to April 30, 2021, and April 30, 2023.
