Facebook’s Accounts Re-enable Of NSO Group Employee


EBN represented NSO employees in the deal.

The Tel Aviv District Court issued a temporary injunction to re-enable NSO employee’s and accounts, and did accept the allegation that by working with NSO she had violated the networks’ service terms. The order was issued as part of a lawsuit filed by NSO employees against the social network applying for a permanent injunction ordering it to re-enable their accounts.
